No place like Home
About the Film
No Place like Home is a film about what home means to individuals from all walks of life including refugees, young people from the care system, the homeless and those struggling from addiction to people who are still living on the streets.
This documentary also features stories from people who have lost their home through very different circumstances and how they have turned their lives around. There are interviews with change makers in society who are bringing hope to what seems to be a growing problem.
The aim of this film is to help raise awareness and inspire people to change their thinking.
During the making of this film, we were commissioned by the St John's Foundation to create a film called A Roof Over My Head about the realities of homelessness in Bath and North East Somerset and the incredible work that is being done by local organisations to help. We witness first hand the difference that support staff and volunteers make to those struggling to keep a roof over their head.
